College Station Theater is looking for some Seasonal Summer Help! The position will start Late April into May and will run until about the end of August. At that time we will look at requests to stay on during the winter hours. If you have a passion for movies and customer service then this may be the job for you. Floor staff are expected to handle tasks in a helpful, friendly, and timely manner. They may be scheduled in the Concession stand, Usher, Ticket Taker, or Pineapple Whip station.


This station will report to Team Leads and Management staff,

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

Associates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Operate a POS system including balancing a cash drawer, handling credit card payments, and a loyalty program
  • Sell food, beverage, and tickets at the concession stand or Pineapple Whip if scheduled in that stand
  • Meet sales expectations through suggestive selling and upselling
  • Prepare food and beverage orders while following company food safety policies, as well as those of local regulatory agencies;
  • Perform daily concession maintenance duties, including daily stocking;
  • Follow instructions on safe use of all chemicals/cleaning materials;
  • Clean and sanitize the concession stand and beverage areas for guests and associates;
  • Make certain guest service is friendly, helpful and fast;
  • Answer questions from guests and resolve any concerns;
  • Assist with other functions as instructed by a Manager or a member of the Supervisory team

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
